Welcome to Fulfillment (the “Bible Study,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.fulfillmentofprophesy.com (the “Site”) and any related pages, content, registration forms, communications, and features we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1) Who We Are

Fulfillment is a faith-based Bible study community. We are not a church denomination unless stated otherwise, and we are not a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity (unless and until we explicitly state that status has changed). We may operate as an informal association, ministry, or community group.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation through any linked donation platform unless you have permission from a parent or legal guardian and are otherwise permitted by applicable law and the third-party platform’s rules.

3) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you will not:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Post or share content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights

5) Events, Gatherings, and Assumption of Risk

We may host or publicize in-person or online gatherings. By attending any gathering, you understand and agree:

  • You are responsible for your own safety, conduct, and personal belongings.
  • You assume the ordinary risks of attending a gathering (including travel and interactions with others).
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fulfillment is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6) Donations (Important)

6.1 Donations Are Voluntary Gifts; Not Tax-Deductible

If we accept donations:

  • We are not a 501(c)(3). Donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions in the United States, and we do not provide charitable donation receipts.
  • You are responsible for any personal tax questions—consider speaking with a tax professional.

6.2 No Guarantee of Use; General Mission Support

We intend to use funds to support Fulfillment-related needs (e.g., rent, meeting space, equipment, supplies, communications, community support initiatives). However:

  • Donations may be applied where needed most at our discretion, unless we explicitly describe a restricted purpose for a specific campaign.
  • We do not promise a particular outcome, benefit, or service in exchange for a donation.

6.3 No Refunds (Except Where Required)

All donations are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. If applicable law requires a refund in a specific situation, we will comply with the law.

7) No Professional Advice

Content on the Site and in our communications is provided for general spiritual and educational purposes. It is not professional advice.

We are not providing medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional or emergency services.

8) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not have a Privacy Policy yet, you should add one—especially if you collect emails, use analytics, embed GoFundMe widgets, or run text/email signups.

9) Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices. Use them at your own risk.

10) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulfillment and its leaders, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, participation in events, or donations.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you donated to Fulfillment through the Site or a linked donation page in the 12 months before the claim.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.)

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fulfillment and its leaders/volunteers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

13) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, TX, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
